This problem has been there for many months, as I have not been able to find a troubleshooter that can help me with it.
I have searched on practically all of HP's troubleshooters and guides to no avail.

You're welcome Rob. 🙂
Glad to have you back.
I did some research in the meantime and found the option to change the date and time on your HP Officejet 2620 All-in-One Printer. Please follow the below steps:
- From the printer's home screen on the printer display, press the Up and Down buttons to select Preferences, and then press OK.
- In Preferences, if you scroll through, there will be an option of "Date and Time". Select this option and press OK.
Hope this helps. Good luck! 🙂

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP Officejet 2620 All-in-One Printer. I read that you would like to adjust the clock on the printer.
I did some research on this case and could not find any such setting that is available on the printer to adjust the clock. I have reviewed the user guide too.
Are you getting incorrect time on the printer?
Keep me posted. Thanks!

Hi Mr M Kazi,
Thank you for researching the troubleshooters and guides regarding my problem of not being able to adjust the clock
on my HP 2620 Officejet All-in-One printer.
You asked me if I had a problem with it.
Of course, otherwise I would not list it.
The time showing on the printer clock is 08:45 AM, whilst the actual time in the AEST time zone is 06:47 PM.
So you see, the clock definitely needs adjusting.
A suggestion would be to inspect the manufacturing documents for this printer; there may be some reference there on how to adjust the clock?
Thank you in advance for your efforts.
Best regards,
Rob Geerling.
