Product: officejet 7110 printer

Purchased a new printer and it did not include the setup cartridges. The retailer does not accept returns. What can i do.

Are you referring to an HP OfficeJet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter?

 

HP does not manufacture this printer anymore. The setup ink cartridges are not sold in stores and are also not available with HP.

 

There is no option to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges in this model printer.

 

Unfortunately, there is no solution to resolve this issue. This cannot be a new printer, it may be used.

If at all it was bought a couple of years ago and never used, the setup ink cartridges should have been in the printer box. I suggest you contact the retailer from whom you purchased this printer.
