Product: HP LaserJet Pro M404dw

My M404dw only is only equipped with Tray 1. However, I cannot change the digital panel from Tray 1 to Tray 2. I have changed it on the driver but not on the printer. Any ideas?

 

The printer is just over a year old and not used much, but the warranty has just expired. Frustrating that HP doesn't offer free advice in such cases.

Need to clarify a little. This printer has 2 trays. The manual tray that flips down from the cartidge door and allows single or multiple sheet feeding. This is always referred to as Tray 1 or MP Tray. Tray 2 is the pull-out cassette that holds a larger number of sheets. Can you detail a little more exactly what you are trying to accomplish please.
