Hi @Whownts2brich,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
To change the language of your HP OfficeJet 8022e printer to English, follow these steps:
On the Printer Control Panel:
- Locate and tap the Setup icon (it usually looks like a gear or wrench).
- Scroll through the menu to find the Preferences or Printer Maintenance option, and tap it.
- Look for the Language or Set Language option in the list.
- Select English from the available language options.
- Confirm your selection if prompted.
Using the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your device (make sure it's connected to the same network as the printer).
- Go to Printer Settings.
- Look for a section labeled Preferences or Language Settings.
- Change the language to English.
Using the Printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Find your printer’s IP address on the printer control panel (usually under the network settings or status menu).
- Enter the IP address into a web browser on your computer to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).
- Navigate to Settings > Preferences or System > Language.
- Choose English and apply the changes.
After following these steps, your printer should be set to English.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
