Hi @Lat1234 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to close the new account you created and add your HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer to your existing account, follow these steps:
1. Close the New Account (Delete Account)
You cannot delete the HP account directly through the HP Smart app or website, but you can stop using it by following these steps:
- Log into your new account on the HP Smart app or website.
- Delete the account associated with the new email. They can help with closing the account if needed.
- You might also be able to stop using the new email by simply not logging into the new account and ensuring your devices are linked to the correct account.
2. Add Printer to Existing Account
Once the new account is no longer needed, or if you're ready to use your existing account, follow these steps to add your printer to your original account:
- Open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Sign in using your existing account (the email you want to keep).
- Add your printer:
- In the app, click the plus (+) icon or go to the "Printers" tab.
- Select Add Printer and choose your HP OfficeJet 8015e from the list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process, ensuring that your printer is connected to the same network as your device.
3. Disconnect Printer from New Account (if needed)
If you had already connected the printer to the new account:
- Go to the HP Smart app or HP website under your new account.
- Find the printer settings and look for an option to remove or disconnect the printer from the account.
- After disconnecting it, you can proceed to add it to the correct, existing account.
Once everything is set up, your printer will be linked to the correct account, and you can use all the features associated with your original email.

I hope this helps.
