Hi @MAL404,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the procedure below:

  1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch Setup icon ().
  2. Touch Preference, and then touch Date and Time.

  3. Touch Set the Time and set the time as you want. If you wish to have the time in 12-Hour Format, please deactivate the 24-Hour Format option before clicking on Set the Time.

If the printer is connected to the network and your computer is on time, try the following solution:

  1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Wireless icon () to retrieve the printer IP address.
  2. Launch a web page, and then type this address in the address bar and press Enter key. The Embedded Web Server (EWS) opens.
  3. Click the Settings tab, then under Preferences, click Date & Time.
  4. Under Synchronize Now with This Computer, then click on Sync Now.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
