Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

There are two "owned printers" in my account. One of them Officejet Pro 8600 N911g which I have scrapped some time ago but it still appears and I get an error message each time I log on that a DLL for it cant be found. How  do I delete this printer and stop the error message. I have already deleted it from Windows and uninstalled its software.
