I recently moved, and naturally, I now have a new internet provider. I am not able to connect my printer to the internet and do need it for work. How can I factory reset the printer to start over and be able to connect it to the internet and to my laptop?

Thanks!

Hi,

Make sure there is no USB cable connected to the printer and the printer is ready with a solid power light, press cancel to wake the printer from sleep if the power light blinks.

Now restore the wireless settings as listed below for an HP Laserjet printer, then from any wirelessly connected device ensure you are connected to your home Wi-Fi, open HP Smart, click the plus sign and follow the steps to Set Up a new printer connection:

That did not work at all. When I open HP Smart, select the add option, it shows me the printer that I am trying to connect, but says it is offline. I have removed the device from my devices, uninstalled all HP software, followed these directions, and re-installed HP software. It is unable to detect the printer.
