We are a Peer-to-Peer Forum for people who use HP Technology.

This printer does not include actual Fax hardware --

IF the printer had fax, that is, a built-in fax hardware component, the printer would normally then be connected to your landline (yes, these are still a thing) and your "fax number" would be the phone number of the attached phone line / phone.

That said, this printer does not have fax hardware.

What else?

If you are using HP Mobile Fax, the idea of a personal fax number does not apply, at least not for the purpose of receiving a fax.

What?

At this writing, HP Mobile Fax can send but NOT receive mobile faxes.
