I'm wanting to sell my printer, and I need to remove it from my account so that the person who buys it can add it to their account. The problem is that I have multiple email addresses, and I don't know which one the printer is attached to. I have my printer's serial number, PIN, etc.
Can anyone help me get this printer removed from my HP account??

Hi @nephifofum,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to remove your HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-In-One Printer from your HP account, even if you're unsure which email address it's attached to, you can follow these general steps:
- Visit HP Smart Account Website: Go to the HP Smart website or open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Sign In: Try signing in with each of your email addresses, one at a time, until you find the account where your printer is registered.
- Access Printer Settings: Once logged in, navigate to your account settings or printer settings. Look for an option related to "My Printers," "Devices," or "Printers & Scanners."
- Select Your Printer: Find your printer from the list of devices associated with your account.
- Remove Printer: Look for an option to remove or unregister the printer from your account. This may involve clicking on the printer's name and finding a "Remove" or "Unregister" option.
- Confirmation: Confirm the action to remove the printer from your account. Follow any additional prompts or steps as required.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
