I purchased a Printer from Amazon on January 7 2025. Check My Warranty page says the Warranty started September 26 2024. I opened a dispute and supplied proof of purchase, pics of serial number, amazon order. Now I cannot get a response and have responded many times to the case email trail. I cannot get to Chat or Call because the More Info screen errors out in several browsers.
How do I get Customer Service to resolve this issue?

Did you register your product after purchase? If not, the reason your warranty showed as expired is due to the fact that when the product leaves the factory, a default warranty of 15 months from date of manufacture is applied. Once the product is registered after purchase, the warranty is adjusted to show 12 months from date of purchase.
Have you checked the warranty page again to see if it has updated?

Still no response to several emails Even after registering product.
When I try to use the Dispute Warranty and fill in all the info and click Submit, All I get is the spinning Progress wheel that never completes or submits dispute. Starting too look intentional at this point.
