Hi, I have been using my Mac mini with my HP Office Jet 8610 for years and recently it quit working displaying a message "There is a problem with the printer or ink system." I have tried multiple troubleshooting tips found online. The error message on screen will not allow me to get to any icons and computer is showing the printer offline.

You may need to clean ink printhead system inside printer, you can try the steps in the next video:
