When I go to print something it doesn't have an option to print in letter format only weird formats like om hagaki.fb. How do I get my letter format back so I can print normally?

@shayrose8, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I'd suggest you try removing and adding the printer on your Chromebook. Follow the steps below-

  1. At the bottom right, select the time.
  2. Select Settings
  3. At the bottom, select Advanced.
  4. Under "Printing," select Printers.
  5. Next to the name of your printer, select More  and then Edit.
  6. Make sure all your printer information is correct, with no typos or misspellings.

If all your printer info is accurate, try removing and re-adding your printer:

  1. Next to the name of your printer, select More  and then Remove.
  2. Set up your printer again.

Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing from a Chromebook for additional help.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
