-----------------------------------------------
What you do depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
For example,
- Changing the email account connected to your HP Account is much different than removing (or editing) an email account from any other account or feature.
- Removing a Scan to Email account depends on the type of "Scan" features you printer supports. If the printer supports full SMTP Send options, the email account can be removed by editing or removing the Quick Set or Profile. If the printer lacks support for SMTP but includes an "apps" version of the Scan feature, the options are more limited.
- Removing -- or editing or managing -- a printer's email address is (can be) easy or complicated depending on the printer and how the features on the printer are managed. Most common: ePrint (old) and Print Anywhere (new).
- Removing an email account from New Outlook -- and possibly replacing it so you can use HP Scan for email and / or HP Smart and Share -- is different from removing your email account from your email provider.
Much of what you can do depends (of course) on the Printer model.
Open the home page for the Printer model >> Take a look at the user manual.
Enter the device type and model name of your HP product
Open Category Setup & User Guides
Find, open, and read the user manual.
Search using keywords that make sense to you - for example, email

If you already know which type of account you want to change, remove, or manage, and / or you cannot find the information you seek in the user guide, provide us the printer model and the details of what you want to do.
Thanks for NOT providing any private information -- we cannot make use of such and thieves are lurking.
