How do I remove myself or my computer from the community network?

@Willie96, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Removing Your HP Computer from the Tile Community Network!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To deactivate and remove your device from the Tile community network, follow these steps:

Deactivate Tile on Your HP Device

Open the Tile App:

  • From the Start menu, search for and open the Tile app. If you do not have the app installed on your device, download it from the Microsoft Store.

Remove PC from Tile App:

  • Click your device in the Tile app.
  • Click More Options.
  • At the bottom of the screen, click Remove PC.
  • Confirm by clicking Remove PC again when prompted.

If you are selling or giving your HP device to another person, or changing from one Tile account to another, HP recommends deactivating and removing your device as a Tile within your account. This will ensure that your device is no longer associated with your Tile account or the community network.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
