HP Envy 5542
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I'm getting the following error code on my HP Envy 5542 printer:

OXC4EB82C3

Every time I turn the printer on, the above error code appears and all the display lights flash.

I have tried resetting the printer by disconnecting power whilst idle as suggested in other threads, but this does not resolve the issue. I noticed other people had success by factory resetting the printer, could these instructions be PMed to me please?

Thanks

I was hacked. WiFi, we think firestick, was used to hack laptop and everything else. We are factory resetting anything with WiFi.

I have an HP Envy 5542. How do I make sure it is totally reset?

Thank you
