Ok, did you see the Model and type?
HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
It just keeps "Spinning" saying it is printing but nothing has happened for hours. I need to do a hard reset and start over. I have tried uplugging, turning on and off, etc....keeps doing the same thing. can you please assist and show me how to do a hard reset?

Try the below suggestions-
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, let's try a reset on the printer
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I also need help to factory reset my HP 9015.
I performed the reset from the touch screen and the Printer got stuck on the "Printing the Alignment Page"
I think it is linked to the fact that it lost the connection with my InstantInk subscription?
Before this message, I god the message: "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink.
I do have a Instant Ink subscription but it was lost during the factory reset.
I think I will need to do a new reset and reconnect to the network / Instant Ink?
I am looking forward to the instructions on how to get from here?

- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

It is beyond frustrating to have to ask for a PM in order to reset my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 as yet another individual stuck with disappearing WiFi when this information could and should be publicly available.
Please send me the proper documentation to factory reset my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 ASAP in hopes that it will actually function again.
