How do I reset my region on my HP 5055 envy printer. I have moved from the US to france

Hi, can some help me, I am trying to change the region of my US printer to France where I have just moved. My US ink cartridges are empty and I just bought two French cartridges. Thanks

Find below the compatible ink cartridges for HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

HP customizes some printers and ink cartridges to meet local customer needs. If you take your printer from one country/region to another country/region, you might not find ink cartridges with the same number on the label as your original ink cartridges. If you install an ink cartridge with a different number on the label, you might see one of the following error messages:

• Incompatible Cartridges

• Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer

• Incorrect Cartridges

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
