Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

It appears that as of 25 May 2025, there is a class action suit on this HP printer. So the scanning feature and program associated with it has been revoked. How do I now scan from my Mac computer? HP has given instructions for Microsoft. But, I do not have Microsoft on my computer.

Configure scan to folder, the steps are virtually the same as for PC.

 

You need to create a shared folder on your MAC and then configure the scan to folder function to point to that folder.

Scan to folder this way is very useful as there is no app required on your computer.
