How do I switch from IT-Managed to Self-Managed??

I selected IT-Managed at initial power on and need to get it switched to Self-Managed.  Restore to Defaults in menus does not work.  I've also attempted an NVRAM wipe by holding right arrow and cancel while powering on and waiting until Permanent Storage Init came up.  I'm still not prompted with the IT vs Self-Manage question to select again.  What steps are required to get this printer back to its OOBE?

I wish to do the same as I could not link the printer to my AP after choosing "IT Managed". I've been spending almost 2 hours trying to find how to revert back to open box factory default to choose "Self Manage" or perhaps as simple as connect the printer to my existing WiFi. This is very frustrating.
