Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I selected IT-Managed at initial power on and need to get it switched to Self-Managed.  Restore to Defaults in menus does not work.  I've also attempted an NVRAM wipe by holding right arrow and cancel while powering on and waiting until Permanent Storage Init came up.  I'm still not prompted with the IT vs Self-Manage question to select again.  What steps are required to get this printer back to its OOBE?
