Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidentally turned on the private pick up option and even though I have print anywhere selected now it keeps going to the private pick up option again. Anyone know how to disable this completely?

Hi @Pockets87,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you need information regarding how to disable Private Pickup on your HP Print Anywhere Feature. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To enable or disable Private Pickup feature perform the following steps.

  • Click My HP Account or Account.
  • Click Manage HP Benefits, and then click Print Anywhere.
  • Enable Allow Printing from anywhere.
  • Enable Require Private Pickup.
  • A Private Pickup tile is automatically added once the Private Pickup feature is enabled.
  • Now go ahead and disable the feature

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
