Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have windows 10 and HP m277dw laser printer. My ink levels are fine, but the print is very faint or faded. Went through the troubleshooting process and it told me that there was an update that i needed to do but i was unable to finish the process. I don't know if that will fix my fade problem. I have a habit of dating items that I load onto anything, it appears these toners have been on the printer since 2018. Could that be my problem?
