I took out the 300 pages per month Instant Ink, however I'm not printing anywhere near that much. I thought Instant Ink monitored ink levels and only send more cartridges when the ink had run out, but I've been sent a second black and colour cartridge even though I haven't even started my first Instant Ink colour cartridge and have only just started the black cartridge.
No rollover pages are showing on my account, even though I've only printed 150 pages since starting the plan.
If I pause the account, it says I can only print 10 pages per month.
If I change my plan, it says I can only have 75 rollover pages.
According to another post, if I cancel Instant Ink, I'll no longer be able to use the cartridges that I've been sent.
The whole thing seems a massive scam. For HP to be limiting how many pages I can print once I've bought the cartridges seems ridiculous. Far from making my life easier, it's just a big headache.
Please tell me how I can use up my remaining Instant Ink cartridges and either switch to a different plan while still being able to use up the cartridges that I have.
Ideally I will use the remaining Instant Ink cartridges and then cancel my subscription.

@IIisapain, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
While Instant Ink does monitor your ink remotely, you're not being billed based on how much ink you use — you’re billed based on how many pages you print, regardless of ink usage.
It anticipates when you might run out and sends replacements early — not when you actually need them.
Any ink cartridges sent through the program are tied to your active subscription. If you cancel, those cartridges will stop working, even if they're full or unopened.
I suggest you refer to this guide: Instant Ink account management | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
