Hello, I have activated my 1 year warranty for 12 months with HP. I purchased the printer 1st September 2021, and added it to the Warranty, but it shows on screen that I only have 9 months remaining and is due to expire June 2022, when it should be September 2022 for 12 months.

 

I have contacted an HP Agent  to dispute this, attaching a copy of the receipt, and they sent me an e-mail to say the Warranty will be updated, but when I sent an e-mail back to ask them when it would be updated I was not able to e-mail them anymore as they had closed the case.

 

So my question is how long does it take for the Warranty information to update once it has been changed by HP. I have been waiting 3 days now. Should it have changed by now?

Wait few more days, one week is a normal period for an update. If nothing changes open a new case or ask an old case to be reopened.
