OfficeJet Pro 9018e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot print.

The printer is brand new.  I initially connected only by calling Tech Support and spending about 30 or 40 minutes on the phone with them a couple of days ago.  I printed one document, but now I can't get it to work.  Tech Support is closed, and their recording doesn't say when they open again.

I want to connect printer to PC via USB ONLY -- no Wi-Fi, NO CLOUD, no HP Smart+.

The only set-up/driver links and instructions I can find in the owner's manual or on HP's web site are for Wi-Fi/Cloud/network/Smart+ connections.

Can anyone one tell a not-too-tech-savy guy how to make this install work via USB cable only?

Merci buckets.

Hugs and kisses!!  My HERO!!

😀

You did more for me than the user manual, telephone tech help, and my (apparently not great) search on HP's web site.

In working through that, I found another issue not having to do with printers.   I will start another post in the appropriate category.   Thank you much.

Sincerely,
