Product: HP Officejet Pro X576dw Multifunction Printer

Nobody remembers ever setting up a control panel lock on our HP Officejet Pro Printer, and we can’t seem to disable it. I’ve been on the help forums for about an hour trying different solutions, none of which have worked. I’ve tried to reset the factory default in the printer settings and was prompted with an admin login. Tried to do a hard reset with multiple variants and was still prompted with the login. I went to the IP address in two different browsers, tried to uncheck control panel lock, and it wouldn’t even let me get into the advanced settings without a login. Anything helps, thank you so much.
