Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

During software installation, we have the option to manage HP Smart privacy preferences - for analytics, advertising, personalized suggestions. Interestingly the toggles are black and blue but nowhere does HP indicate which is which - if I do not want to allow tracking, which toggle color is "on" in order to prevent this? In UX/UI design this is noted as purposeful deceptive design because they intentionally keep your options obscure and confusing. Please clarify.
