How to remove cover sheet after print job

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with removing cover page on your Printer.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

Method 1: Clear all jobs from a print queue.

a. Click on start button, type services and press enter.
b. Right-click Print Spooler and select Stop.
c. Now again click on start button, type C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS and press enter.
d. Delete all the files in PRINTERS folder.
e. Go Services window Right-click Print Spooler and select Start.
f. Now check if you can print.


Method 2: Try printing directly to printer.
a. Click on start button and select Devices and Printers.
b. Right-click on printer icon and select Printer properties.
c. In the properties window, click on Advanced tab.
d. Select Start printing immediately.
e. Click on OK button.
