Hello,
To palliate this problem, try following resolution (Windows only):
- Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
a. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, then select your printer.
b. If your printer isn't listed, turn it on and click Retry. - If there is a connection problem, follow the tool's instructions.
- Click Printer at the top of the troubleshooting tool, then on Resets....
- Click on the icon in the second frame, Making a Perform a printer memory reset.
- The printer will restart automatically. As soon as the printer starts, it will go through the configuration process, it prints an alignment page and finally.
- Then, please reconfigure the printer.
- Try accessing the printer's web server (EWS).
If resolution above does not work, I recommend that you Contact HP HP Support in your country/region.
Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
