What do I do to accept a solution when my problem has been resolved.

To mark a message as an Accepted Solution, click the green checkmark on the right-hand side that says "Accept as Solution"  If you've posted in an existing thread and suppose that thread already has a solution marked, you'd not be able to mark again.
