How to bypass requirement for setup cartridges.

My HP6700 officejet was having issues and I believe a partial reset was done requiring initial settings be performed. Unfortunately, the first requirement is to install setup cartridges which I don’t have. Reading previous posts leads me to believe I need to perform an OOBE reset. How do I do that? I can’t seem to access the setup menu by pushing back button 4 times.

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error 

• The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
