Hi @Melly16
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To change the language of the diagnostic or alignment page on your HP printer to English, follow these steps:
1. Access Printer Settings via Control Panel
- Power On: Make sure your printer is powered on.
- Control Panel: Navigate to the printer's control panel.
- Settings Menu: Look for a Setup or Settings option. This is usually represented by a gear or wrench icon.
2. Change Language Settings
- Language Option: In the settings menu, find the Language option. This could be under a submenu like Preferences or General.
- Select English: Choose English from the list of available languages.
3. Print Alignment Page
- Once the language is set to English, you can print the alignment page again to confirm the changes:
- Look for an option like Print Quality or Maintenance in the settings menu.
- Select Print Alignment Page.
4. Using the HP Smart App
If you prefer using software:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your printer, then navigate to Settings.
- Look for the language settings and change it to English.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
