Officejet 4632
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently re-installed my Officejet 4632.  Everything works great now, except the next thing I would like to figure out is how to send a scan to email, specfically Gmail if that's even possible since Gmail is web based.  During my re-installation perhaps I missed installing that particular feature.  So, how do I send scan to email?  By the way, I still have the recently downloaded installation file...

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Here is a video to help you setup scan to email: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVilKvFXEf8&feature=youtu.be

Though it says Laserjet, you can still use the same way to set up scan to email for an Officejet too.

Here is a document as well: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03953891

I tried to follow the steps in the given solution.  When entering my printers IP address in my web browsers address bar it brought up my printers page ok, but there was no "System" tab as described in said solution.

Did you try setting it up through the software on the Computer as mentioned in the document?

Yes...I did Method Two because on my computer using Method One doesn't have a "Scan to email Wizard".  I then obtained the IP address of the printer.  When I entered that IP address in the browser address bar, it brought up a browser window with several tabs such as Home, Scan, Fax and others, but no System tab....

Also so that you know, the only thing under the Scan tab is Webscan.  Webscan is the same browser window screen that I referenced in my previous reply.

On further investigating on this feature, I found out that the Scan to email feature is not available for this model.
