Does anyone know how to program the HP universal Proximity Card readers used on their Multi Function Printers

You need to provide more details. Not all MFP's support the card reader natively. Recent versions of Futuresmart5 do support card readers natively and what you need to do is setup the access control functions through the embedded webserver. Some machines will require a 3rd party application before they can use the card reader. If you can post some details about machine type and what you are hoping to accomplish, I can provide some better details.

 

On second reading I realize that you may be asking how to program what protocols the card is reading. Again, please provide some details/clarification.
