Welcome to the HP Community --

OTG can only be used on supported printers to connect to supported versions of Android.

HP printers and Android smartphones or Tablets

NOTE: Printing with a USB OTG cable is not supported from an Apple or Windows 10 Mobile device.

HP Printers - Printing With a USB OTG Cable (Android)

Unfortunately --

The printer does not support OTG nor can it be connected to a network -- the printer cannot work with your iPad.
