HP Laserjet MM1132 MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello;

I installed the windows 10 PRO 64 bits, and my HP Laserjet M1132 MFP printer is not recognized by windows. It does not work.

When looking at the system administrator, HP Smart Install USB Device appears instead of the printer.

I tried to install the printer manually using the installation file LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution and it does not do anything ...

I have indicated that HP Smart Install USB Device no longer offers support for my printer, and perhaps this is the problem. Is there any way to disable the HP Smart Install USB Device and install my printer manually?

Thank you

Hi,

If you have the full feature Disk go to this location
CD, open
Util
siutility or siutility 64
run
you will get options
on this PC or on the printer

if you have downloaded the full feature S/W
then extract it first and
go to %temp%
folder starting with 7z
Util
siutility or siutility 64
run
you will get options
on this PC or on the printer

this will disable the smart install and you will be able to do it manually.

Hope this helps.
