I want to factory reset deskjet 2700. However, I noticed that there is no way to do it in the manual without going to EWS page. I don't have wifi in my home currently. What to do?

@watermelon999, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Factory Reset for HP Deskjet 2700 Without Internet!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
To perform a factory reset on an HP DeskJet 2700 series printer without Wi-Fi, you can follow these steps:
Physical Reset Method:
- Turn off the Printer: Ensure the printer is turned off.
- Disconnect Power: Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet.
- Wait: Let the printer sit disconnected for about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect: Plug the power cord back into the printer and power outlet.
Control Panel Reset:
- On your Printer: Check for a reset button or a combination of buttons on the printer's control panel. Sometimes pressing and holding a combination of buttons can perform a reset (such as the Cancel and Resume buttons). However, specifics can vary greatly between models, so refer to any available documentation for exact instructions.
Use USB Connection:
- If your printer supports USB connectivity, you can try connecting it directly to your computer using a USB cable.
- Software Installation: Install the HP Smart app or HP Print and Scan Doctor software on your computer. They may allow access to additional printer settings through a direct USB connection.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
