Product: HP 100 Moble L411
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
I just upgraded to MacOS Big Sur & can't get my HP100 mobile L411 printer to work with it. After hours with Apple support I was told to replace ink cartridge 🙄or buy I new printer, 😕etc. Can anyone help. I really do like the printer.

Hi,
To better understand the problem, let's start with printing a Test Page:

Can you see any problem while trying to print a test page by the printer itself, regardless of any computer usage?
Is the report printed successfully without any print quality issues, or may you get any problem there?
