Hi!
I recently set up my HP Envy printer to the WiFi so that I can print wirelessly.
So far it's been working, but I cannot print double-sided unless it's manual. When I use the cable, my printer prints double-sided no problem. It's never manual.
It seems like my computer doesn't recognize that my printer is capable of printing double-sided. Does anyone know how to fix this? My laptop is an HP Pavilion 15 p277 and runs windows 8.1
Thanks 🙂

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled for the wirelessly configured print queue:
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
Regards,
Shlomi
