This printer worked fine for months. Then I had to reinstall it and it stopped printing. You'd print things and nothing would happen. Eventually I tracked the problem down to the WSD port. I would change the port to TCP/IP with the correct IP address and it would work fine... once. Then it insists on resetting the port to WSD, and then I print and nothing happens. I have to keep resetting the port to TCP/IP to get it to work. Clearly WSD is the problem. I tried deleting the WSD ports (there are two of them for some reason), but it won't let me; it says "Selected port cannot be deleted. The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."
Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of this?

I suggest you uninstall the printer from root level and download the Full Feature Software again
.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
.) Select your HP Printer
.) Select Uninstall
.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
.) Select Ok
.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
.) Close Devices and Printers
.) Restart the computer and download the full feature software Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP9010/HPEasyStart-12.1.03-OJP9010_49_8_4576_1_F... and follow the onscreen instructions
