Unpacket a brandnew printer at a customers place. Seems to be an DOA
The only thing that happens is that in a flash a question-mark appears in the display.
Then nothing happens ......

Since this is a DOA I suggest you contact the Store you purchased it from for an Exchange or you you contact HP Support in your region
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Hi,
Link does not work. Got an OOPS.
Just like the printer...
When I search further and I want to contact by mail,fill in the serialnumber, I get an blanc screen.
There the support stops.
