How to hard / factory reset a HP 8020e MF printer?

My HP8020e A4 mutli-function printer is not behaving.

Problems with the Instant Ink subscription led me to simply turn the printer off for a couple of months, read annoying.

I can not reset the factory defaults using the touch screen as most likely in a fit of security paranoia i must have set a pasword on the touch screen via the web interface.

Usually there is a hard rest button or hold some button down when you power on.

Please tell me how to hard reset this thing before i lauch it over the fence.

Then i will have the round 2 agro of finally resolving my Instant Ink subscription.

I used to work for HP in APJ China for the WebPress stuff, mostly looking after the servers and everything upstream of the print engine, pre-press, customers etc i am not sure which is more frustrating, a 100$ inkjet or a couple mil $$, at least i didn't own those machines however i did take most excellent care of them.
