HP ENVY Photo 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We bought the above printer thinking that we could hook it up to the computer with a cord and not use wireless.  We do not have wireless access.  How do we do this using Windows 10

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  Yes, the printer can be connected and used with USB connection.  However, the HP FULL software solution still needs to be downloaded before it can be installed.  Try asking a friend, relative or neighbor to download the software and copy it to a USB thumb drive for install.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-photo-7100-all-in-one-printer-ser...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hope that helps.
