Smart Tank 500 All-in-One (4SR29A)

Hello
My HP Smart Tank 500 All-in-One (4SR29A)

Suddenly, it stopped working, and I don't have HP support in my region, so I took it to the shop I bought it from. After 2 days, now they are saying the motherboard got fried for some reason, and now charging, almost similar price as the printer. I doubt it. I feel like they replaced my motherboard with a faulty one. SO is there any way to know if the motherboard is the one that should be in the printer from the printer casing? Like some similar serial number?

Help, please

In that case you will not be able to prove if the original motherboard has been replaced.

If the printer can print then you can print a configuration page to check the serial number printed on the configuration page to serial number on the printer.

If the printer can be connected to network you can access printer internal web page and check the serial number over network.

Unfortunately the printer doesn't turn on. And I belive they probably already replaced the orginal motherboard with a faulty one if they are trying to scam me.
