Product: HP Design Jet500
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
Hello,
I just got a second hand HP DesignJet 500 with an A0 roll. It seems that drivers are not available and I was wondering if there is a workaround so that I can print from my computer?
Thank you!
Delphine

Hi,
Download and install below drivers for the printer:
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US
Once completing the installation, power on the printer and connect it, open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, and click the plus sign.
Select your printer from the shown dialog and ensure the printer model is selected within the Use drop-down menu.
