Product: HP EliteBook 745 G6 Notebook PC

I have tries this several times.  The printer worked with older, Windows XP.  Now no drivers are working or the correct driver is not available.  Is there another driver choice that might work, say using Windows 8 driver for 32bit??

fyi an HP3700 is installed and works well with this same HP Notebook.

Thanks, this worked.  I can see all the printer comm functions in the device page / control panel.

Now, I learn from error code 59.99 on the printer that there is a hardware problem.  At this point maybe not worth the effort to resolve.
