Product: Deskjet 2050 J510 series
Operating System: Other

It seems that Hewlett Packard still does not have a driver for my deskjet 2050 printer that is compatible with MacOS Big Sur. Are there any work-arounds, or do I have to abandon my printer (and never buy a Hewlett-Packard again)?

Big Sur won't open the package you list for it, giving the following messages:

“HewlettPackardPrinterDrivers.pkg” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
