Product: HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

In setting up the Envy 6420it connects the wifi but when doing final process i get the internal error. I have called twice, on the phone over an hr and written. It remains. However I can send jobs to the printer and it prints. The error is on HP Smart. It sits on final setup.
