Hi @Lewy1523,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To print more than one picture on a page using an HP printer, you can follow these steps depending on the software or application you are using. Here’s a general guide using Windows and Mac operating systems.

For Windows

Open the Photos App:

  • Find and open the photos you want to print.

Select Photos:

  • Hold down the Ctrl key and click on each photo you want to print to select multiple images.

Print:

  • Right-click on one of the selected photos and choose Print from the context menu.

Printing Options:

  • In the Print Pictures window, select your printer from the dropdown menu.
  • Choose the Layout option to set how many photos to print per page (e.g., 2x2, 3x3, etc.).
  • Adjust other settings such as paper size, orientation, and photo size as desired.

Print:

  • Click Print to start printing your selected images.

For Mac

Open Photos App:

  • Open the Photos app and select the images you want to print.

Select Photos:

  • Hold down the Command key and click on the photos you want to print.

Print:

  • Click on File in the top menu and then select Print.

Printing Options:

  • In the print dialog box, choose your printer and then select a layout option that allows multiple images per page (like 2x2, 3x3, etc.).
  • You can also adjust other settings like paper size, borders, and scaling.

Print:

  • Once you're satisfied with the settings, click Print.

Using Other Software

If you're using other software like Microsoft Word, you can also insert multiple images and arrange them on a single page before printing.

Open Word:

  • Create a new document.

Insert Pictures:

  • Go to Insert > Pictures and select the images you want to include.

Arrange Images:

  • Resize and arrange the images as desired.

Print:

  • Go to File > Print and select your printer to print the document.

These methods will allow you to print multiple pictures on a single page efficiently.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
